Pet Policy:

Pets Are Welcome Upon Approval.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight for dogs is 35 pounds.
One time fee of $150 will be charged per pet.
Refundable pet deposit of $150 will be charged.
Monthly pet rent of $30 will be charged per pet.
